Being odourless gives greater convenience to animal farmers.

Unlike unprotected butyric acid, which has a strong odour, Butrigrow® is odourless. Without the unpleasant smell, it improves the environment of the animal farms. A high concentration of butyric acid optimizes the various benefits Butrigrow® brings.

Significant results and low application costs appear when the content of key components is high enough. Butrigrow® has a concentration of sodium butyrate as high as 53%, with effective butyric acid at 42% compared with other generic 30% coated butyrate products. Butrigrow® is highly effective in achieving a wide variety of results ranging from increased feed intake, faster growth, more daily weight gain, better intestinal health, higher resistance to bacteria, stronger immune system, and energized colon cells.

High stability and effective release rate

High stability in the stomach and direct release in the intestine ensures effectiveness.

Optimized release within the target area makes Butrigrow® one of the most effective agents for the intestinal health of animals. Because our uniquely developed butyrate is very stable in the low pH stomach environment, the rate of hydrolysis is minimized.

 

When Butrigrow® enters the intestine with higher pH, where the largest number of villi are located and where butyric acid provide its key benefits, butyric acid will be rapidly released and supplied to the small intestine. Unlike other generic coated butyrate products, the release of butyrate of Butrigrow® doesn't require any digestive enzymes – ensuring a more effective and accurate release rate.

Butrigrow® is manufactured under rigorous quality control and quality assurance standards from material supply, production process control to finished goods inspection. Butrigrow® has optimized the manufacturing process and maximized product safety, effectiveness, performance and traceability.

 

Butrigrow® maintains a ISO 9001 Certification for our manufacturing facility in Fujian, China. Established comprehensive product traceability system.

Raw material quality control

To maintain a high level of quality, we determined to establish and develop long-term relationship with our suppliers through systematic supplier management - from supplier selection, preventive measures before deliver to performance evaluation.

 

Each batch of raw material will be tested before it is accepted by the warehouse, and sample from each batch are retained.

Production process control

Raw materials are inspected independently by warehouse, production and quality control team to ensure the quality of production inputs.

 

We conduct pre-job training for production operators to ensure they are competent in safety, equipment and process standards.

 

Semi-finished products are inspected at different product stages to prevent any unqualified semi-product put into next process.

Finished product inspection

Each batch of finished product can only be accepted by finished goods warehouse after passing the inspection by quality control team, and sample of finished products from each batch are retained for 2 years.

 

We send raw material and finish products to third party independent laboratory for test every six months.

 

Test is also conducted before finished products leave the warehouse, and the test report is provided to our clients.
